Return Policy

At Brazilian Coffee King, we value our customers and want to ensure you have the best experience with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return & Exchange Period Customers have up to 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (based on tracking information) to request a return or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging;
  • The product must not have any signs of damage or tampering;
  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if they exceed the 7-day return window;
  • If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately for assistance.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost;
  • If returning for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs;
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Shopify Payments) and may take 5-10 business days to process.

4. Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on coffee products unless they are defective or arrived damaged.

5. Return Process To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at crossborder@braziliancoffeeking.com before sending your item. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • El café Arábica es generalmente más suave y tiene un sabor más complejo, mientras que el Robusta es más fuerte, amargo y contiene más cafeína.

  • El café debe almacenarse en un recipiente hermético en un lugar fresco y seco, alejado de la luz directa y la humedad. Evite guardarlo en el refrigerador o congelador, ya que esto puede afectar el sabor.

  • El molido del café debe coincidir con el método de preparación: molido grueso para la prensa francesa, molido medio para filtros de papel y molido fino para espresso.

  • La fecha de tueste indica cuándo se tuestó el café. Generalmente se prefiere el café fresco porque tiene un sabor más rico, por lo que es mejor consumirlo unas pocas semanas después de tostarlo.

  • Los cafés de alta calidad tienen notas de sabor distintas, un origen claro y una buena reputación entre los tostadores. Además, un café de calidad tendrá un aroma fuerte y un sabor equilibrado.
