Refund Policy

Upon validating the cancellation of a purchase, refunds will be processed according to the payment method used for the transaction:

Bank Slip: Refunds will be made to the account (checking or savings) of the purchaser within up to five business days.
Credit Card: Brazilian Coffee King will notify the credit card issuer within up to two business days. The issuer will then inform the financial institution, and the refund will be processed within up to two subsequent billing cycles.

NOTE: The timelines for refunds will begin from the date Brazilian Coffee King receives the returned products.

What is the difference between Arabica and Robusta coffee?

Arabica coffee is generally milder and has a more complex flavor, while Robusta is stronger, bitter and contains more caffeine.
How should I store coffee to keep it fresh?

What does the roast date on the coffee package mean?

The roast date indicates when the coffee was roasted. Fresh coffee is generally preferred for a richer flavor, so it is best consumed within a few weeks of roasting.
